Organize PDF files
Documents rarely arrive in the order you need them. The organize toolkit covers the everyday page-level jobs: merge several files into one, split a thick document into smaller parts, extract just the pages you need, delete the rest, drag pages into a new sequence, add page numbers, or strip out blank sheets from a scan. Every tool works on files stored on your device — nothing is uploaded, nothing is stored, and there are no limits on how many times you use them. Start with the tool that matches the job, adjust the options, and download the result in seconds.

Frequently asked questions
Which tool should I use to reorder pages?
Use Reorder Pages to drag pages into a new sequence in one go. Choose Extract Pages when you only need a subset of the document, or Remove Pages to delete unwanted pages permanently.
Do merged files lose quality?
No. Pages are copied exactly as they are — text, vectors, and images keep their original quality. Merging simply combines page objects into a new document without re-rendering anything.
